Based on the SE, specifically on 19 – 25 July 2021, the travel of persons/passengers including travelers of persons/passengers under 18 years is temporarily limited and only excluded for:
– Persons/passengers traveling with the need to work in essential and critical sectors. Must show a Worker Registration Certificate (STRP) or other certificate issued by the regional government or an assignment order from the head of an agency at the Echelon II level.
– Traveling persons/passengers with urgent needs, namely: patients with serious illness, pregnant women who are accompanied by 1 (one) family member, delivery interests who are accompanied by a maximum of 2 (two) people, and non-COVID-19 corpse carriers with maximum number of 5 (five) people. Must show a travel certificate, including a hospital referral letter, a cover letter from the local regional apparatus, a death certificate, or other certificates.
The excluded traveler must meet the following conditions:
– For flights between airports in Java, flights from or to airports in Java, and flights from or to airports in Bali, it is mandatory to show the first vaccine card and a certificate of negative RT-PCR test results whose samples were taken within a maximum of 2×24 hours before departure .
– For flights from or to airports other than those mentioned in number 1, must show a certificate of negative RT-PCR test results whose samples were taken within a maximum period of 2×24 hours or negative results of rapid antigen tests whose samples were taken within a maximum period of 1×24 hours before departure .
Meanwhile, AP II is aware of a video circulating on social media today, Thursday, July 22, 2021, regarding prospective airplane passengers at Soekarno-Hatta Airport who questioned flight procedures to officers from the Ministry of Health’s Port Health Office (KKP).
Senior Manager of Branch Communication at Soekarno-Hatta Airport, M. Holik Muardi, said that document validation, including the procedures applicable on July 19-25, 2021, was indeed carried out by the Port Health Office of the Ministry of Health (KKP of the Ministry of Health).
“We urge that before arriving at the airport to take a flight, prospective airplane passengers have prepared the required documents so that the departure process at the airport runs smoothly, including when document validation by the Ministry of Health KKP officers,” said M. Holik Muardi.
The Head of the Soekarno-Hatta Class I Port Health Office at the Ministry of Health, Dr. Darmawali Handoko, explained, “The Ministry of Health KKP officers at Soekarno-Hatta Airport ask for the support of prospective aircraft passengers in implementing SE Number 53 of 2021 which refers to SE Head of the COVID-19 Handling Task Force Number 15 of 2021. 2021.
