Bali Tourism, YOGYA – Astra Credit Companies (ACC), Astra’s first financing company, laid the groundwork for building a digital operation center.
The development of the ACC Digital Operation Center is a continuation of the ACC management visit at the time of handing over the ventilator unit to the Governor of the Special Region of Yogyakarta Sri Sultan Hamengkubuwono X in October 2020.
The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by ACC President Director Siswadi accompanied by the entire ACC board of directors on January 28, 2021.

Director of Business Development & Information Technology in charge of the ACC digital function Mohammad Farauk said that the construction of the ACC Digital Operation Center will have a big impact on digital business processes at ACC.
“The ACC Digital Operation Center will have a major impact on the digital business process at ACC and will become the center of digital activities at ACC which consists of the Operation Center, Telephony Center and Techno Center which will assist the financing business process at ACC,” said Farauk in a written statement, Thursday (28/1/2021).
The ACC Digital Operation Center will be the center of 3 digital business processes, namely the Operation Center, which is the centralization of the ACC operational process that is efficient and digital-based.
Telephony Center is the centralization of telephone-based ACC business activities such as telemarketing, telesurvey and telecollection.
Techno Center is the center for ACC IT and programming activities in carrying out all ACC program and application development.
The ACC Digital Operation Center will be built on an area of 1,647 square meters on Jalan Pringgodani IA, Sleman, Yogyakarta.
The ACC Digital Operation Center building is planned to consist of 8 floors with a building area of approximately 6,267.5 square meters.
The ACC Digital Operation Center, which was built with an investment cost of more than Rp 70 billion, is expected to absorb around 400 permanent and casual workers so that it is also expected to become one of the centers for employment in the City of Yogyakarta and also in the Central Java region.
